Please God, turn on the AC! Food is very good. Portions are huge. Service is fine. Highly recommend, but for the love of Jesus, crank that cold air!

had a date night after church. Really loved the cucumber martini. I would highly recommend. It was on the sweeter side, but still refreshing. we also had the Manhattan roll, which was delicious. The actual hibachi from the table was just OK. I preferred the hibachi at the actual hibachi table versus in a booth. The noodles were a little overcooked. The salmon was very flavorful. The chicken wings were delicious. I would give it a nine out of 10. apologies for forgetting to take a picture of the chicken wings, but they were really good.

I recently visited Fuji for a team lunch with my coworkers, and it was an experience worth sharing. Having heard great things about this place, I was eager to check it out. First off, they handled our large group of ten with ease, which was impressive. We were seated around a hibachi grill, setting the stage for a fun and interactive meal. The chef not only dazzled us with his cooking skills but also kept us entertained with his friendliness and culinary skills. It was a fantastic start to our meal. To begin, I had the miso soup and an appetizer called "A Bite of Tuna." This dish featured a mix of mango, cucumber, and pepper tuna sushi. While it might sound like an odd combination, it was incredibly delicious. The sweetness of the mango added a unique twist to the sushi that I had never experienced before. For my main course, I chose the steak and chicken combination entrée from the hibachi grill, paired with fried rice and noodles. The steak was cooked to perfection, juicy and tender, while the chicken was equally delicious and complemented perfectly by the yum yum sauce. Overall, Fuji provided a fantastic dining experience. The food was amazing, the chef's performance was a highlight, and the ability to accommodate our large group was much appreciated. I'll definitely be coming back soon, and I highly recommend Fuji for anyone looking for a fun and delicious lunch spot.

Visited for family hibachi dinner, we each selected combinations feat. two varying proteins, salad, fried rice, mushrooms, and varying cocktails our selected cocktails (margarita, mango margarita, saketini, sidecar, & punch) were all underwhelming- very sweet & syrupy, not enough boozy kick- would pass the seating was very cramped-lucky to have been with family, as we were packed together with no personal space- the hibachi show was the basic gimmick- big fire intro, onion volcano, pop veggies into people's mouths, dice up the meats, plate creatively, eat, enjoy, goodbye. The experience is why the high price point...but food was well seasoned-juicy-decent portion size-but nothing mind-blowingly special, 'wow this is why I get it cooked fresh'-just average, worth the show price. small woes: -the salad was overwhelmed with sauce-soggy lettuce -the cooking/plating food order left the meal a little unbalanced- they plated a big portion of noodles to each person, then took awhile to plate the protein, then did a bunch of fire show, and eventually gave us the veggies-so I found myself filling up on noodles because I was hungry, just waiting and waiting for everything else to come- honestly I would have preferred to just sit at a table & have the entire finished plate come out all at once to create a delectable balanced bite -there seemed to be a lot of notices & staff reminders about add-on charges- automatic gratuities, added on increase charges, sharing charges, refill charges, it felt a bit daunting to wonder just what the final bill would be overall, was a fun family dinner experience-toddler daughter hated Hibachi show but was entertaining for us- combining price, portioning, and plating- I would just order a similar seated meal at our normal go-to spot
